Privacy Policy – Panamera Application

Panamera respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle the data collected through the Panamera mobile app on Android and iOS.

1. Data Collection

We collect certain data to support core app features, always with your knowledge and consent.

Data we collect:

• Personal information: name, email, phone number, employee ID
• Attendance activity: login/logout, check-in/check-out, break-in/break-out
• Location: collected only at check-in and check-out while the app is active; not tracked in background
• Camera: used only when the user captures an image with explicit consent
• Microphone: used when recording audio by user action (e.g., during overtime request)
• Device info: device type, OS version, basic technical logs

2. Offline Data Storage

If you're offline, data is stored locally on your device using secure storage (SQLite). It syncs to the server once online.

3. Notifications

The app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to send work-related notifications. These run in the background and do not collect any personal data.

4. How We Use the Data

We use your data to:

• Authenticate and authorize users
• Record and manage attendance
• Capture location for attendance verification
• Enable supervisor approvals
• Sync offline data securely
• Ensure system security and accountability
• Improve app performance

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers.

Your data may be shared with:

• Your employer or organization using the Panamera system
• Legal authorities when required by law

6. Data Security

We use encryption and secure servers. Access is limited to authorized personnel only.

7. Children’s Privacy

The app is intended for employees and is not designed for individuals under 16 years of age.

8. Tracking & ATT Compliance

We do not track users across other apps or websites.

No advertising SDKs or fingerprinting are used. The AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) prompt is not shown because it is not required.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Important changes will be shared through the app or by email.
